i also think that in general, cross-stitching is such a good hobby for my adhd brain! it's a rewarding hobby where you can see your stitches get completed in real time, and you can choose how ever you want your stitches to be like, in terms of whether you do the
english method where you complete all your stitches as you go
or the danish method where you stitch "legs" first then complete them after
. i personally stitch colour by colour if i can help it. if stitching with two strands of thread, i love love doing a loop start! works in progress (WIPs)
